And Dealer Information Package (page 2 of 2)?

We hope you will consider attending our convention as a manufacturer or retailer of S gauge/S scale products or related items. We have a large banquet room set aside for the Manufacturers and Dealer Halls, as well as operating layouts and displays, totaling over 9,000 square feet.

Table space is available at $15 per table, based upon 6-foot tables, or equivalent. Please note that you must be a convention registrant for the entire convention period in order to secure table space in the halls. Tables are not available to one-day registrants.

Door Prizes

As is normal at all NASG conventions, we plan to have an outstanding variety of door-prizes to be awarded during the convention. We hope you will consider a modest donation of one or more items to be used for that purpose. An alternative for your consideration is to authorize a “Convention Gift Certificate” for a specific amount. We will provide the actual Gift Certificates and fill them out for whatever amount you may authorize. The winner of the certificate may only apply it to a purchase from your own tables. Whatever you may choose to contribute to the door prizes will be greatly appreciated by both the NASG 2009 Convention Committee and the NASG.

Timetable Advertising

Finally, our official Where Rivers and Railroads Met Convention Timetable will be a pocket-size schedule of all convention activities, descriptions of layouts, tours, and clinics, and an acknowledgement of all door prize donors. It will be professionally prepared and printed. To help defray the costs of this item, we are accepting advertisements for inclusion. You must provide camera-ready or electronic copy.
